Registration Fees and Policies

Eligible Ages: 3 & 4 years old

Tuition: $4,000 annually. Payment policies include options for monthly installments.

  • A non-refundable registration fee of $150 is required to secure a place.
  • A tuition deposit, equal to one month's fee, is required at registration. This deposit is credited towards your child’s first month at Horizon.
  • Support is available for eligible families through Alberta Children’s Services.

Child Care Timing:

Monday to Thursday: 8:00 AM - 11:35 AM

Friday: 8:00 AM - 11:55 AM

Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawals are permitted during the first two weeks of enrollment. Beyond this period, families are obligated to fulfill the annual tuition commitment.

 

Additional Requirements

Parents are responsible for providing their child's daily meals and snacks.

 

Payment Policies

Enrollment requires setting up pre-authorized payments.

A one-month notice (minimum of 40 days) is required for cancellation to ensure the return of the deposit.

Tuition Review

Tuition fees are evaluated annually each fall. Any adjustments to the fees will be communicated to families at least six weeks in advance.

 

Waitlist Policy

Being on the waitlist does not guarantee a spot; enrollment is dependent on the availability of space appropriate for the child’s age group.
